INTUMESCENT COATINGS

Intumescents can be applied either prior to erection or after erection. They enhance the appearance of structural steel and do not detract from the natural profile.

CELLULOSE FIRES Thin film water based and solvent based materials that can provide up to two hours fire rating. Rated for solid & hollow sections. Materials are tested to British & European Standards. Formulated for internal and external applications. Top coat or sealer coat can be any colour. Can be applied on site or offsite prior to erection.	HYDROCARBON FIRES Epoxy intumescent coatings that can provide up to two hours protection to structural steel, LPG vessels and bulkheads. Tested for hydrocarbon fires, jet fires and pool fires. Trafficable surface when cured.
